Established in 2018 in the United Arab Emirates, Digital Simatic is an industrial automation and electrical engineering company providing control systems, custom software and integrated engineering services. We work with customers to turn operating requirements into practical systems that connect equipment, operators and management.
Since our establishment, we have delivered numerous projects in the concrete industry, building hands-on experience in plant automation, production workflows and site implementation. This experience shapes our approach: understand the process, engineer the right solution and support the people who operate it.
Experience rooted in concrete production
Concrete batching and ready-mix production are a core part of our project experience. Our work brings together PLC programming, operator interfaces, weighing and batching sequences, recipe management and production records. We consider the complete workflow—from customer orders and material handling to batch traceability, delivery documentation and management reporting.
Through SIMATIC CONCRETE, we bring this operational understanding into a dedicated software platform. Each application is configured around the plant layout, equipment and operating requirements, so the system supports the production team’s actual working process.
Engineering across industrial systems
Alongside concrete production, our scope covers crushing and screening, water pumping stations, RO desalination, water treatment, solar and battery energy systems, and building management. These applications have different operating needs, but share a requirement for coordinated control, clear equipment status and useful operating information.
Our engineering connects PLCs, HMI and SCADA, instrumentation, drives and industrial networks. We coordinate electrical design and software integration so that field equipment and supervisory systems work within an agreed control philosophy.
Software designed around the customer
Our software work extends beyond standard operator screens. We develop custom desktop, web and Android applications for industrial operations and business workflows, including production management, maintenance, energy monitoring, reporting and role-based access.
Where the project requires it, we define interfaces between equipment data and business systems, including ERP and SAP integration subject to available interfaces and approved access. IoT monitoring and mobile notifications help connect site events with the teams responsible for reviewing and responding to them.
From the first drawing to site handover
We support projects through requirements definition, electrical schematics, EPLAN design, 3D panel engineering, workshop assembly and wiring. Testing and commissioning connect this engineering work to the installed system, followed by documentation, operator training and technical support.
Our focus is on systems that can be understood, maintained and developed as the customer’s operation evolves. Whether the requirement is a new installation, a control upgrade or a custom application, we bring engineering, software and implementation together within a clearly defined project scope.
